Hi everyone!

As the artist behind Wildhood and Collect Sunshine, I navigate two realms of artistic expression: photography and fine art.

My journey with photography began with capturing nature while travelling, camping and hiking as a way to bring a little piece of the wild home with me. Soon my personal wall art collection became a daily reminder of the peace I felt in the natural world while resuming my life in a busy city. In March 2017, I began sharing my photography globally through online retail partnerships.

Since then, my passion has been creating photography and art that brings good energy into a space, and contributes the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of others.

With a BAA in Technical and Scientific Illustration, my artistic beginnings were rooted in realism. Today, I have fallen in love with creating abstract wilderness scenes, including vibrant deserts, Nordic landscapes, foggy hillsides, winding roads, Scandinavian highlands, valleys, wildflower fields, and more.

My goal is to transport viewers to these locations, allowing them to experience the terrain and weather through abstract brushstrokes and layered colors. I am always delighted to hear that my paintings evoke emotions of stillness, peace and the ethereal power of the wild in others.

This year in 2024, I released two new online shops for my photography and fine art. I am so excited to share my artistic journey on YouTube and my Blog. If you’re already following along, thank you!
